SmartFood is the FUS kindergartens food consept

  1. VEGETABLES
    We serve vegetables as often as we can - both with bread and hot meals

    2. FISH
    We serve products with the highest amount of fish possible.

    3. MEAT
    We choose pure meat or products with the highest amount of meat possible

    4. GRAINS
    We use nutricios grains with the highest amount of wholegrain. We use different types of lentcils and beans.

    5. BALANCED USE OF FAT
    We use vegetable oils such as olive and coconut, dairy butter and different types of dairy products.

    6. WATER
    We drink water when thirsty and enjoy other drinks for special occations. 

    7. NATURAL SWEETENERS
    We use food naturally sweet such as fruit, berries and honey (Honey is not recommended for children udner the age of one)

    8. VARIATION
    We serve hot meals ond other alternatives to bread as often as we can, ensuring the children a varied diet and plenty of vegetables.
